Equity Talks:

Talk by Dr. Shanelle or Hilda that focuses on a desired theme in a corporate, non-profit, or academic setting.


Presentation to introduce key concept or AGG frameworks (DICE, CARDS, AREA) regarding education, entrepreneurship, leadership, cultural competency, social awareness, equity building, community and individual empowerment, student engagement, or organization specified interest/need for educational, training, or instructional purposes.


A planned systematic review of an organization's processes, work environment, and organizational structure with recommendations for professional development and future programming, using DICE or CARDS method.

Executive Coaching:

An inquiry-based approach to personal and professional development that is aimed at creating awareness, generating action, and facilitating learning and growth. Coaching will include the drafting of public statements, announcements and direct support in the case of any diversity or equity implicated incident during the length of the contract.

Professional Development:

A wide variety of specialized training, formal education, or advanced professional learning intended to help teams improve their professional collaboration, cultural competence, communication skills, and community effectiveness.

Equity Task Force Steering:

A strategic process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their greater community. First several months are spent influencing, engaging, and building relationships with key stakeholders across numerous platforms to shape the task force. The next 6-12 months are focused on creating public programming and organizational values.
