The C.L.E.A.N. Corporate Training Method is based on perception, performance and production. The program focuses on a holistic approach to building the corporate community by addressing the needs of all members. Diversity and inclusivity are vital to establishing a thriving workplace, especially when it comes to employee engagement and group cohesion. Furthermore, creating equitable environments cultivate creativity and innovation because team members, from executives to employees bring a variety of backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to the organization. However, environments that embrace diversity, inclusion and equity require comprehensive training and persistent adaptability. When it comes to eliminating discriminatory practices, we tend to focus on leadership, promotions, and hiring practices while discounting organizational perception, performance and production. Identify the skills, knowledge and experiences each stakeholders needs at every level and determine whether these stakeholders have equal access to meet these needs. Often times, disparities occur or are magnified because 1) individuals do not perceive their thoughts and or ideas are valued, 2) individuals do not have the necessary skills to perform the required task and 3) individuals are ill equipped to meet organizational production standards. The C.L.E.A.N. Method emphasizes an inclusive approach to building organizations by addressing the needs of all members (C-Level, Leadership, Employee, Apprentice and Novice) from a cultural, social and equitable perspective.
